We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to ensure the optimal operation and safety of our facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and building infrastructure to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Track maintenance activities and manage inventory of parts and tools.
- Assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently.
- Support team members in maintaining high standards of customer service by promptly addressing maintenance requests and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience; familiar with schematics and technical diagrams.
- Residential painting with the ability to perform repairs independently.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and troubleshooting electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters.
- Experience is preferred for guiding team efforts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration across teams.
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams accurately.
