Technical Architect

Job Title: Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to develop, implement, and support network services and solutions for our consulting clients. This role will involve building customer-focused relationships with clients to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
• Execute large projects on time and on budget, working closely with Project Managers and Practice Leads.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Project Management Team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Lead Engineers on projects that involve multiple technologies.
• Proactively communicate project updates and timelines to all stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively across different business units to deliver a world-class experience for customers.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and take a leadership role in team and customer meetings.
• Contribute to product selection and research, configuration standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certifications.
• At least two or more professional-level certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA).
• Experience designing and architecting network-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Cisco or HP/Aruba network switching and routing products.
• Routing Protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, L2/L3 Architecture and Design Multicast, QoS).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional core technologies (Riverbed, OpenDNS, Infoblox, Cisco Optical, NetBrain, FireEye, SolarWinds, SPLUNK).
• MERAKI (Wireless, Security Products, Switches, SDWAN).
• Citrix NetScaler ADC/SDWAN deployment experience.
