What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Infrastructure Manager position at Heartland Business Systems LLC?
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network solutions that meet the requirements of our consulting clients
- Work closely with project managers and practice leads to execute large projects on time and on budget
- Provide active leadership and articulate the needs of the project management team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely
- Mentor and share expertise with other engineers, contributing to the development of best practices and procedures within the company
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support
Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications, at least two or more professional-level certifications such as CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical related field. Preferred skills include experience working as a consultant, familiarity with Meraki, Citrix NetScaler ADC/SDWAN deployment, and additional core technologies such as Riverbed, OpenDNS, Infoblox, Cisco Optical, NetBrain, FireEye, SolarWinds, SPLUNK.
