Role Description
Seeking an MLADC-level clinician who is qualified to provide supervision and sign off on clinical hours. This role combines direct clinical care with leadership responsibilities, supporting both clients and developing clinicians within the program.
The ideal candidate is experienced, mission-driven, and committed to helping individuals transition from stabilization to long-term recovery.
Qualifications
- Licensure as a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC) in the state of New Hampshire
- Proficiency in individual counseling, group facilitation, and client assessments
- Strong documentation and organizational skills to maintain accurate clinical records
- Knowledge of treatment approaches in substance use and addiction recovery
- Skillful in communication, active listening, and fostering therapeutic relationships
- Familiarity with Partial Hospitalization Programs and outpatient recovery models is a plus
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and compassionate team environment
