Salary
- Starting Salary: $90,000–$125,000 (based on experience)
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time new hires
What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams
Lead staffing efforts and manage clinical services
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
Support patient care and program goals
Provide hands-on therapy services within your licensed discipline as needed
What We're Looking For
Active state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
Degree in a related field (Bachelor's, Master's, or Associate, depending on discipline)
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
Prior leadership or management experience in a therapy department preferred
A passion for mentoring clinicians and driving positive patient outcomes

Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies
