Company Description
Hearthstone Behavioral Health provides Positive Behavior Support services to participants on the SCL and Michelle P. waiver programs as well as Autism and Psychological testing to the general community. We maintain a busy mental health setting with our strongest emphasis on Participant safety and well-being. We are seeking an organized, patient, and friendly person with 1-3 years-experience in a professional office setting to add to our growing team. Our office is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. We are closed 12pm - 1pm for lunch.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Murray, KY. The Receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, accepting payments, general note review, performing general clerical duties, and other job duties as assigned. The position also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Strong ethics and professional boundaries are a MUST.
- Background checks and drug screens required.
- Professional references required.
- Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills.
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Communication.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
