Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at the front desk
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and common spaces according to established standards
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to uphold pristine conditions
- Handle janitorial duties with attention to safety protocols, including waste disposal and supply replenishment
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and hotel amenities to ensure availability at all times
- Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and floor care equipment
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service excellence is a strong plus
- Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks in commercial or institutional settings enhances your suitability
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in housekeeping management is advantageous but not required
