A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
In this administrative position, you play a crucial role in the success of our company. You facilitate sales with existing and prospective clients by preparing quotes and ordering products for install jobs and contractor accounts. When communicating with clients, you provide accurate information about our products and services. You also troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns. Staying organized, you document and update customer records. To stay at the top of your game, you develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services. With every job you complete, you exemplify our company's commitment to providing superb customer service. You get great satisfaction in knowing your talents keep our office running smoothly!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge about SalesPad would be helpful but is not required. Are you self-motivated and proactive? WORK SCHEDULE
This position typically works Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. If working Saturday, compensating time off will be granted earlier that week.
