A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSTALLATION TECH
In this skilled labor position, you help us beautify our clients' homes! Each day, you arrive at work ready to lend a helping hand to our sales team. With excellent attention to detail, you install mirrors, shower doors, wire, and melamine shelving. You keep your workspace tidy and clean, always conducting yourself in a professional manner. While working, you also pay close attention to your surroundings, keeping yourself and those around you safe. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INSTALLATION TECH
- Construction experience is a must
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Willingness to train in O'Fallon, MO

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN INSTALLATION TECH
This installation position works Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Some flexibility is needed as jobs sometimes run longer than expected and some occasional weekend work is necessary. Overtime wages are paid for all time worked beyond 40 hours per week. This position will spend the first few months training at our O'Fallon, MO facility. We will pay weekly mileage to O'Fallon throughout the training period. After training, the position will be located at our Hearth & Home location in Washington, MO.
