Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking an Assembly Technician for our Stellar Hearth Products by Heat & Glo team in Lakeville, MN.

Position Details
- Starting Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Shift Details: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (OT as needed on Friday)
- Full Time / Direct Hire
- Paid Time Off: 128 hours (pro-rated from start date)
- 8 Paid Holidays

- Build standard and custom fireplace products using various pieces of hand tools and equipment
- Operate a mechanical hoist, forklift, pallet jacks, and pneumatic tools when necessary
- Ensure product and process meet Quality, Delivery, Cost and Safety expectations
- Work as a team to ensure schedule is met daily and help to provide supportive training when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by completing all required 5S tasks (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong hand and finger dexterity for hands‑on production work
- Commitment to wearing proper PPE and following safe work practices
- Willingness to be cross‑trained and jump between tasks as needed
- Openness to learning and applying Lean manufacturing principles
- A self‑starter mindset with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Standard manufacturing attire: steel‑toe boots and work pants/jeans (we provide all other PPE)
