Position Details
- Custom Product Technician – Flex Role
- Starting Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Shift Details: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (OT as needed on Friday)
- Full Time / Direct Hire
- Paid Time Off: 128 hours (pro-rated from start date)
- 8 Paid Holidays

- Focused work in our paint and shipping departments, with daily tasks shifting based on production needs
- Support other areas when needed to help the team hit daily goals
- Work across multiple production stages, including paint, shipping, pack‑out, and assembly
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by completing all required 5S tasks (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong hand and finger dexterity for hands‑on production work
- Commitment to wearing proper PPE and following safe work practices
- Willingness to be cross‑trained and jump between tasks as needed
- Openness to learning and applying Lean manufacturing principles
