Role Description This full-time, on-site Billing Specialist role is based in Las Vegas, NV. The Billing Specialist will prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices for fireplace and glass installation and repair services, ensuring that all billable items are properly documented. Responsibilities include verifying work orders and service reports, applying correct pricing, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances in a professional manner. The role involves maintaining up-to-date billing records, reconciling discrepancies, and collaborating with technicians, customer service, and management to resolve billing issues. The Billing Specialist will also assist with basic accounting tasks, generate billing reports, and support process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core billing activities, including Billing Process, Invoicing, and Client Billing.
