Rock Cove is a 30-unit assisted living community in Stevenson, Washington. We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Care Aides (HCA) to join our team.

What You’ll Do
As a Swing/Night shift Care Partner, you will provide hands-on support that helps residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Support residents with meals, hydration, and dining services
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment
- Support resident engagement and activities
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care
What We’re Looking For
- Active CNA or HCA certification (Washington State)
- Compassion for working with seniors
- Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a small community setting

Requirements
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift, assist, and support residents as needed
