Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Aurora, CO, for a Pilates Instructor. The Pilates Instructor will lead group exercise classes and provide personalized private lessons, including Reformer, Mat, Heated Mat, Sculpt, and Barre sessions. Responsibilities also include guiding clients in safe and effective Pilates techniques, assisting with physical fitness goals, and creating engaging class experiences. The instructor will uphold a high standard of customer service and contribute to maintaining a welcoming studio environment. $32-50 an hour.
Qualifications
- Experience in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise techniques
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy concepts or similar movement-based practices
- Strong Teaching and Customer Service skills to deliver engaging and effective sessions
- Certification in Pilates instruction (Reformer and Mat preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all clients
Salary : $32 - $50
