**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to residents in a nursing home setting.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living activities, and ensure the overall well-being of our residents.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide individualized care to residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents with memory care,utilizing engaging activities to stimulate their minds.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents.
- Promote independence and dignity for our residents, while also maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with seniors .
- Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) and the importance of maintaining independence and dignity for seniors.
- Ability to provide patient care in a nursing home setting, including assisted living.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and transfers, and to be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Passion for providing social work and senior care to those in need.
