Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead Home Care Recruiter to oversee our recruitment efforts while leading and supporting a team of recruiters. This role is responsible for driving hiring initiatives, ensuring recruitment goals are met, and maintaining a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the recruiting team to achieve hiring goals and maintain productivity.
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified caregivers.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and job fairs to expand recruitment efforts.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting experience required, preferably in home care or healthcare.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HHAeXchange is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
