Our Behavior Support Specialists work directly with clients to implement life-changing behavioral interventions that foster independence and growth.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Behavior Support Specialist, you'll work under the supervision of our expert BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement evidence-based behavior support plans and treatment objectives. This hands-on role puts you at the forefront of creating positive change for the individuals we serve.
Position Type: Full-time, some evening hours required and travel between group homes is required
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Champion Safety: Ensure the wellbeing of individuals in your care at all times
- Drive Progress: Implement specialized behavior support plans designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
- Track Success: Monitor and record crucial behavioral data with precision and attention to detail
- Build Skills: Follow and implement skill-building programs that promote independence
- Collaborate: Work closely with supervisors, caregivers, and the individual's support team
- Grow Professionally: Receive ongoing training, feedback, and development opportunities
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or
Registered Behavior Technician Certificate Required
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
