What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Heart to Heart Home Care?

What You'll Do:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans that support each child's unique needs
- Collaborate closely with families and support teams to promote meaningful, lasting progress
- Analyze data to identify the factors that trigger or maintain certain behaviors
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, ABA Therapists. etc.
- Design detailed clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress reports, and other necessary paperwork
What You Bring:
- BCBA Certification (required)
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA, preferably in group homes and in-home settings
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to support families in their communities

Pay: $ $95.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week

Salary : $75,000 - $180,000
