As a Home Health therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team, providing care to patients affording them the opportunity to receive medical care required to stay at home
REQUIREMENTS
Current New Jersey OT License
Minimum of two years experience as a Occupational Therapist.
Medicare Certified home care experience a plus but not necessary.
Graduation from accredited OT program
Strong customer skills with ability to case manage caseload and have excellent time management and documentation
