What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spanish Bilingual Behavior Technician ABA Center Based position at Heart to Heart Health Care Services LLC?
Heart to Heart is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Behavior Technician (BT) to join our ABA center.
This is a part-time, after-school position for someone who is compassionate, dependable, energetic, and enjoys working with children. The Behavior Technician will provide direct ABA services and work closely with a BCBA to help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct ABA services to children in a center-based setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Teach communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Collect accurate data during sessions.
- Communicate client progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA.
- Support children during transitions, activities, and daily routines.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking clients and families.
- Follow clinical direction and incorporate feedback from the BCBA.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow company policies.
Schedule

- Schedule based on client and center needs
Compensation & Training
$22–$27/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
