Receptionist | Heart to Heart Bride
Heart to Heart Bride is looking for a warm, organized, energetic Receptionist to join our team in Webster!
You’ll be one of the first people our brides interact with, so this role is a big part of creating the experience we’re known for. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, communicates confidently, stays organized when things get busy, and loves being part of a team.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome brides and their guests and help create an amazing first impression
- Answer phones, texts, and general client inquiries
- Assist with scheduling and managing appointments
- Check brides in and help keep the flow of the store running smoothly
- Support our bridal stylists before, during, and between appointments
- Assist with gown pickups and client communication
- Keep the front desk and client areas organized and beautiful
- Help with administrative tasks, events, trunk shows, and day-to-day store needs
