Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, 90 day assessments,Personal Care assistants competency check off, supervisor visits,chart audits.
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in good standing with current state registration
- Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS)
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
