Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and special education, with experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient office management while supporting our mission to provide high-quality care and services
Essential Job Duties:
- The overall daily management of the office/agency
- Ensuring that staff schedules meet the needs of the children, youth and young adults served and accommodate their parents’, legal guardians’ or caregivers’ schedules
- Ensuring compliance with staff qualifications and training requirements
- Monitoring the IBHS agency’s compliance with this chapter.
- Developing and monitoring the quality improvement plan for the IBHS agency
- Works in tandem with the Director of Clinical Services to manage the scope of work, objectives, and other project and management activities.
- Direct and lead project activities for employees related to their project-oriented tasks to ensure that project/program milestones are met.
- Continually review and make recommendations to ensure adequate resources are available to meet client needs.
- Hires, trains, develops and appraises employee effectively. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Consults with human resources as appropriate.
