About The Role

What You'll Do
Commercial Growth & Go-To-Market Execution
- Lead business development strategy and execution aligned to Jason’s commercial roadmap and growth objectives.
- Identify, pursue, and close new revenue opportunities across priority markets and strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive long-term customer value and repeat business.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify partnership opportunities that accelerate market entry, expand offerings, or strengthen competitive positioning.
- Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of company offerings to prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs, market demand, and evolving industry trends.
- Provide market feedback to inform product, service, and pricing strategies.
- Partner closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution from deal close through implementation.
- Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and commercial planning.
- Contribute to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting for Jason’s team.
Required:
- Proven experience in business development, commercial strategy, or enterprise sales in a complex B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategies for innovative or emerging solutions.
- Familiarity with consultative selling models and long sales cycles.
