Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Triage Expertise: Effectively triage all patients to determine the appropriate level of care needed.
- Multi-tasking Excellence: Manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients, using the nursing process to intervene appropriately and ensure optimal care.
- Delegation & Team Collaboration: Provide direct patient care while delegating appropriate tasks to unlicensed personnel.
- Documentation & Supervision: Accurately document patient care and provide supervision, demonstrating proficiency with electronic health records (CPSI and T-System).
- Coordinating Care: Coordinate services from other departments to ensure comprehensive care for ED patients.

Summary
Qualifications:
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of one year in acute care experience.
- Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado.
- Must maintain current CPR
- Must maintain current ACLS certification. Must maintain current TNCC certification.
- Must maintain current ENPC or PALS certification NRP certification recommended.
