- Flexible schedule: Full-time or part time options with a collaborative, manageable call schedule.
- Balanced clinic OR: Dedicated block time with efficient access to the OR.
- Support to practice at the top of your license: Experienced OR team, anesthesia, 24/7 hospitalists, in-house imaging, and close coordination with primary care and specialty colleagues.
- Stable, community-based health system: Physician-led culture, responsive leadership, and streamlined decision-making.
- Comprehensive adult and pediatric general ENT
- Sinus evaluation and medical management
- Ear disease and hearing loss evaluation with audiology collaboration
- Laryngology/voice disorders and swallowing evaluation
- Thyroid/parathyroid and salivary gland evaluation and surgery (as applicable)
- In-office procedures (e.g., laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, minor procedures)

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Current Colorado State Medical License (no restrictions)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing a full scope of services
