Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the nursing home. Nursing shift Available:
1. Weekend option (Saturday and Sunday) 7PM to 7AM, with the option to work Fridays as well
2. Weekday night shift 7 PM to 7AM (Part time)
3. PRN Day Shift: To fill in when nurses take vacation, fill in to do wound care, fill in to do admissions.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse.
- Provide basic nursing care including catheter care, wound care, and hygiene assistance.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Proficient in basic life support techniques.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
