Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure guests are received promptly with courteous and personalized recognition
- Oversee all public areas visible to hotel guests and ensure immaculate condition
- Seek opportunities for development and actively participate in training provided
- Ability to maintain confidential info
- Working with multiple departments to ensure hotel standards are met and guest satisfaction is exceeded
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Hotel Front Desk Agent.
- Clear English communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, available for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Team-oriented mentality.
- Skilled in phone handling, scheduling, and reservations.
- Cash handling experience.
- Guest greeting and customer service skills.
- Ability to address and relay customer complaints professionally.
