We are seeking a Financial Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!
- Monday 7:45 am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday 7:45 am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 7:45 am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 7:45 am - 5:00pm
- Friday 7:45 am – 4:00 pm (1 Friday a month, but off the Monday of that week)
The Financial Coordinator II should
- Gaining a rapport with our patients is our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Experience with CareStack (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Dental operations
- Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Confident in presenting high volume treatment plans.
- At least 3 years of experience working in similar roles preferred
- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice
- Strong knowledge of Dental operations
- Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
