Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase visibility and engagement across all social platforms.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and media editing tools.
• Manage daily social media activities using applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.
• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
• Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Web Analytics, and social media platform insights to track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on digital marketing performance.
• Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions while managing budgets effectively.
• Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, media outlets, and partners through proactive communication and relationship management strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across various platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, social media analytics, and marketing online analytics.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and media performance analytics to gauge campaign effectiveness.
• Knowledge of digital marketing performance monitoring techniques including web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and content writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
