We're Hiring: Accounting Specialist
Heart of Texas Landscape & Irrigation is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our growing team in Belton, Texas!

In this role, you'll:
Process and review employee timesheets and schedules
Apply customer payments and maintain accurate accounting records
Enter vendor invoices and job-related expenses
Support our operations team with scheduling and administrative tasks
Assist with customer calls and front office responsibilities
Help ensure the day-to-day financial and operational workflow runs smoothly
We're looking for someone with:
2 years of administrative or accounting experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
