Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high sanitation standards, and creating a comfortable environment for residents, guests, or clients. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care.
• Maintain floor care by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and using equipment like buffers or steam cleaners.
• Manage custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines, inventory control of supplies, and training new team members when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus.
• Skills in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry operations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use to ensure a safe working environment.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
