Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for woodworking, framing, drywall, siding, roofing, and fixture installation
- Assist with construction estimating tasks by measuring materials and preparing project estimates when needed
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as wood, drywall, rebar, and construction supplies to support various phases of projects
- Execute tasks related to concrete forming, masonry, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration
- Install doors, cabinets, fixtures, siding, flooring, tile, and other finishing components with precision
- Support site safety protocols by adhering to power tool safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or carpentry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in woodworking and framing activities
- Experience with drywall installation, caulking, stucco application, roofing, or siding is advantageous
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices and power tool safety regulations
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills for interpreting technical plans and executing tasks effectively

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
