What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Direct Care Supervisor position at Heart of Grace Home Care?
The Personal care Supervisor must have 4 verifiable years of hands on Personal Care experince with elderly and disabled persons, AND 2 years of supervisory experience, and Pass a FBI based background check.
The Personal Care Supervisor is responsible for managing Personal Care Aides and assigned client cases.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Cover last minute call-ins
- Conduct in-home Client Care visits
- Proper reporting/ documenting
- Must work well with other
- Must uphold professionalism at all times
- Must be available to work assigned weekends
- Employee management
- Must be able to travel
- Reliable childcare & transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour with milage
