The Real Estate Field Support Specialist provides hands-on, non-licensed assistance to the real estate and investment teams. This role ensures that agents and wholesale staff have reliable, on-the-ground support for property visits, marketing, vendor coordination, and administrative errands, allowing licensed professionals to focus on client service, negotiations, and closings.
Requirements
- 20 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift/move light equipment and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication and follow-through skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
- Must NOT perform any activities requiring a real estate license (negotiations, pricing, contracts, etc.).
