Heart of Chicago Homes is hiring Showing Agents to support our Buyer & Seller Agents by managing property showings and providing professional client access across the Chicago area.

This role is ideal for licensed agents or those in the final stages of licensing who want consistent field opportunities, flexible scheduling, and hands-on experience inside a high-performing real estate operation without carrying full sales responsibility.

You Are Not Responsible For

• Prospecting
• Lead generation
• Contract negotiations

Your job is to represent the team in the field, execute showings smoothly, and help create positive client interactions.

Appointments Provided

All showing requests are scheduled through our systems.

You May Be Assigned

• Buyer property showings
• Listing access appointments
• Back-to-back showing routes when available
  
  

You can accept as many showing requests as your schedule allows. Showing volume is influenced by availability, responsiveness, and reliability.
