We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregiver to deliver personalized care and assistance to clients in their own homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients through attentive, respectful, and professional support. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.
- Support medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings, ensuring safety and comfort during transportation.
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition to appropriate family members or healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in home care, geriatrics, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical-surgical care practices and basic health monitoring techniques.
- Experience working with clients requiring post-acute or sub-acute care is preferred.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently; experience with emergency medicine or Level I Trauma Center protocols is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach toward client care.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
