Heartland is seeking compassionate, hardworking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with a positive attitude to support adults with Intellectual Disabilities in achieving independence at home and in the community. This role involves assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), promoting success in community settings, and fostering meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate is empathetic, reliable, enthusiastic about making a difference, and brings a consistently upbeat and encouraging approach to their work. We offer flexible scheduling with shifts available overnight (9:00 PM–8:30 AM), evenings (4:00 PM–10:00 PM), weekdays (8:00 AM–2:30 PM), and weekends—with options for 36 to 48-hour shifts. Qualifications
