We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide to help clients with personal care and activities of daily living in the comfort of their homes.
This role is focused on hands-on support with hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, and other personal routines while protecting each client’s dignity, privacy, and independence.

What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide toileting and incontinence care as appropriate
- Assist with mobility, walking, positioning, and transfers
- Help clients with eating and other activities of daily living
- Support clients with established personal care routines
- Encourage clients to participate in daily activities as independently as possible
- Provide companionship and reassurance during personal care
- Observe and communicate changes in a client’s condition, behavior, or needs
- Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures
- Maintain client privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver the highest quality care
- Treat every client with patience, dignity, and respect
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Home Care Aide, Home Health Aide (HHA), or similar role preferred
- Comfort providing hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to follow care plans and safety instructions
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and physical care needs
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Personal Care Aide training, certification, or other state-required qualifications when applicable
- Dependability and consistent attendance for scheduled client visits
Experience in personal care, senior care, assisted living, disability support, home care, or direct care is especially helpful.
