Job Summary And Qualifications
What you will do:
- The Supervisor of the Valve Clinic will assist with day-to-day operations of the department.
- Supervises and manages the functions of the department to maintain the stated objectives of the hospital providing a high level of service to the patients.
- Responsibilities include the direct supervision of the staff and providing a clinical expertise to these staff members.
- Function clinically in the valve clinic at a superior level and mentor staff
- Assists with the interviewing process, performance evaluations, employee disciplinary process, departmental orientation process, initial and on-going competency assessments and other employee related duties as assigned.
- Represents the hospital and department at a professional level at all times to all audiences, both internal and external
- Maintain professional standards and seek professional growth.

- Employee’s conduct must reflect the Company’s values and a commitment to the Code of Conduct ethics and compliance program.
- Employee reflects HHOA Service Excellence standards in every interaction.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position.
