Heart & Home Cleaning is a new locally owned residential cleaning and maid service serving DuPage County and the western suburbs of Chicago — including Willowbrook, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, Downers Grove, Naperville, Westmont, Clarendon Hills, and Oak Brook.
We are just getting started and building something different from the ground up. We are looking for experienced house cleaners and residential cleaning professionals who want to be part of something new. The Position
- Part time — 1099 independent contractor
- Pay is per job — $27 to $129 per contractor depending on service type and home size
- Most assignments pay between $49 and $103 per contractor per job
- Service area: DuPage County and surrounding western suburbs of Chicago
Responsibilities
- Perform Standard Recurring Cleans, Deep Cleans, and Move In / Move Out Cleans for residential clients
- Follow a detailed room-by-room cleaning checklist on every job
- Use the Jobber mobile app for check in, check out, digital checklists, and before and after photo documentation
- Apply the Heart & Home Signature Finish at the end of every clean
- Communicate proactively with management about job status, delays, and any issues
- Represent Heart & Home Cleaning professionally in every client home
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning or maid service experience — 2 or more years strongly preferred
- Reliable personal transportation and valid Illinois driver's license
- Smartphone — comfortable using a mobile app for scheduling and job management
- Ability to pass a thorough background check before first job
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of professional residential house cleaning experience
- Prior experience training or leading other cleaners
- Experience cleaning high-end residential homes in affluent suburban markets
- Prior experience with Jobber, HouseCall Pro, or similar field service apps
- Bilingual — English and Spanish a plus

Pay transparency — our pay is calculated per job not hourly. Most assignments take 2 to 4 hours. The hourly equivalent shown reflects effective earnings based on typical job duration.
