Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your expertise will drive meaningful progress in patients’ lives through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments and functional assessments to identify individual needs and strengths.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and developmental level.
  • Collect and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and family members on ABA techniques and strategies.
  • Perform patient assessments, intake evaluations, and support diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including special education professionals, medical providers, and behavioral health specialists—to coordinate care plans.
  • Support clients during home-based therapy sessions by applying behavioral health principles in real-world settings.
  • Conduct behavioral health consultations focusing on individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Ensure all clinical activities adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and best practices in behavioral therapy.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments such as functional analysis or diagnostic evaluation for neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and medical records management within healthcare or educational settings.
  • Previous home-based behavioral experience is highly desirable for delivering effective interventions in natural environments.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient care and medical record confidentiality is essential.
  • Strong skills in data collection methods, patient assessment techniques, and behavioral psychological assessments are required.
