About the Position
We are currently hiring multiple In-Home Caregivers to support our growing team.
Caregivers provide one-on-one assistance to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence in daily life.
Available Shifts (7 days/week):
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
→ Includes a $1.00/hour differential
- Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
→ Includes a $2.00/hour differential
We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for consistent hours with clients across our service areas.
Responsibilities (may include):
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Transfers and mobility support (including use of Hoyer lift)
- Meal preparation and medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship and emotional support
- Running errands or assisting with appointments (as needed)
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Must be comfortable around pets
Requirements:
Previous caregiving, CNA, or home health experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Reliable transportation for travel to client homes
Ability to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Work 2 weekends per month
