About the Position
We are currently hiring multiple In-Home Caregivers to support our growing team.
Caregivers provide one-on-one assistance to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence in daily life.
Available Shifts (7 days/week – not limited to these hours):
The times below are examples of common shift windows, not the only options. Client schedules vary, and we regularly create custom shifts based on caregiver availability.
Common shift windows:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon/Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ( $1/hr)
Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ( $2/hr)
Have different availability? No problem — we will discuss your preferred days and hours during the interview process.
We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for consistent hours with clients across our service areas.
Responsibilities (may include):
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Transfers and mobility support (including use of Hoyer lift)
- Meal preparation and medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship and emotional support
- Running errands or assisting with appointments (as needed)
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Must be comfortable around pets
Requirements:
✅ Previous caregiving, CNA, or home health experience preferred
✅ Compassionate, patient, and dependable
✅ Reliable transportation for travel to client homes
✅ Ability to pass a background check
✅ Authorized to work in the U.S.
✅ Work 2 weekends per month
