Duties
- Design Apparel Graphics: Create original, trend-right graphic designs for women's clothing including t-shirts, sweatshirts, activewear, and seasonal collections.
- Trend Research & Mood Boards: Conduct market and fashion trend research to inspire graphic direction; develop seasonal mood boards and color palettes.
- Collaborate with Design Team: Work closely with fashion designers, merchandisers, and product developers to ensure graphic designs align with brand identity and collection themes.
- Technical File Preparation: Create production-ready artwork, tech packs, and graphic placement files with precise specifications for screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, etc.
- Branding & Labels: Design packaging, hang tags, woven labels, and other branding materials in alignment with the overall brand aesthetic.
- Revisions & Approvals: Handle graphic revisions based on feedback and support the approval process with vendors or production teams.
- Mockups & Presentations: Generate product mockups and digital presentations to showcase graphic applications on apparel.
- File Management: Maintain organized files, artwork libraries, and naming conventions for easy handoff and future reference.
- Vendor Communication: Occasionally liaise with print vendors and factories to ensure graphic execution meets design intent and quality standards.
- Support Marketing Efforts: Assist in designing assets for look books, campaigns, social media, and e-commerce if needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong sense of color, typography, and composition
- Understanding of screen printing, embroidery, and garment construction
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Experience in women’s fashion or apparel design preferred

Pay: $22.00 per hour
