The Opportunity
Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is at the center of innovation in post-acute healthcare technology. As we expand our portfolio to serve both enterprise healthcare buyers and mid-market home health and hospice providers, we’re seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Director of Customer and Product Marketing to bring our vision to life.
Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing , you’ll own the go-to-market strategy for key product lines. Translating complex innovation into compelling stories that drive adoption, loyalty, and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to ensure every product message aligns with the needs of both large healthcare systems and mid-sized agencies delivering care in the home.

What You Will Do
- Lead Market Strategy and Growth
- Define and evolve product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates value for enterprise buyers (payers, health systems, post-acute networks) and mid-market providers.
- Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive research to uncover opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
- Partner with Product Management to align product development with market needs and emerging healthcare trends.
Design and Execute Go-to-Market (GTM) Excellence
- Develop and lead GTM strategies from concept through launch, ensuring cross-functional alignment and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Generation to design campaigns that resonate with both enterprise and mid-market buyer journeys.
- Manage pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies that balance scalability with accessibility.
Empower Sales and Client Success
- Deliver enablement tools—sales playbooks, ROI calculators, and persona-based narratives—that elevate how we position and sell our solutions.
- Build win/loss and competitive intelligence programs to capture insights that inform sales tactics and long-term strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the revenue organization by translating complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated values.
Measure, Learn, and Optimize
- Establish success metrics to track marketing performance, adoption, and ROI.
- Leverage analytics to refine GTM plans, messaging, and campaign strategy based on results.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to tie marketing outcomes to business performance.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
7 years progressive experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in healthtech, post-acute, or enterprise healthcare.
Proven success leading product launches and GTM strategies that accelerate revenue and adoption.
Strong understanding of healthcare buyer dynamics - from complex enterprise RFP cycles to fast moving mid-market decisions.
Exceptional ability to translate technical and clinical concepts into accessible, emotionally compelling narratives.
Data-driven mindset with a commitment to testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
Highly collaborative, with a track record of cross functional leadership and influence.
