Company Description
HearNow ENT is seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join our growing DFW practice on a part-time or full-time basis. Locations for practice include Irving and Plano.
Role Description
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders in adult and pediatric patients
- Conduct in-person outpatient clinic visits and provide telemedicine consultations in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Perform ENT surgeries (office-based and hospital/ASC-based)
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, including medical and surgical interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
- Collaborate with clinic staff and providers to ensure high-quality patient care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and postoperative care
- Adhere to all clinic policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Active and unrestricted Texas state medical license
- Must carry your own malpractice insurance
- DEA license and controlled substance registration
- Eligible for hospital and/or ambulatory surgery center privileges
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
Schedule
- Full time or Part-time (2–3 days per week)
- Mix of outpatient clinic and surgical days
