Audiologist – Oklahoma Hearing Solutions (Yukon or Edmond, Oklahoma)

Oklahoma Hearing Solutions, an established audiology practice with locations in Yukon and Edmond, Oklahoma, is expanding! We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented Audiologist to provide exceptional hearing healthcare to adults in a dynamic, patient-first environment. This position can be full-time or part-time, depending on candidate availability.
What You'll Do:
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations and tinnitus assessments
- Recommend, fit, verify, and troubleshoot hearing aids and assistive devices
- Use motivational interviewing and patient-centered counseling techniques
- Evaluate and treat tinnitus and sound sensitivity concerns
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and patient records (EMR)
- Ensure all care complies with HIPAA and internal clinical protocols
Sales & Patient Education
- Educate patients on hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing aid technology
- Confidently recommend and fit hearing aids based on patient needs
- Establish strong rapport and long-term relationships with patients
- Deliver exceptional follow-up care and product support
Community & Physician Outreach
- Build and maintain physician referral relationships through office visits and materials
- Represent the clinic at community events such as senior centers, health fairs, and local organizations
- Identify new outreach opportunities to promote hearing wellness
Team & Clinic Support
- Collaborate with front office staff to manage schedules and optimize patient care
- Assist with ordering clinical supplies and maintaining hearing aid inventory
- Participate in staff meetings, manufacturer trainings, and continuing education
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred)
- Current Oklahoma Audiology License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Clinical experience fitting and troubleshooting hearing aids
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
- Sales experience and comfort with recommending premium hearing solutions
- Team-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused clinic
