- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and rescheduling to optimize clinic flow
- Collect and update patient information, insurance details, and medical histories with precision
- Assist clinical staff by preparing patient charts, documenting visits, and handling medical administrative support tasks
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans, appointment instructions, and follow-up care
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Support the clinic’s daily operations by managing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and coordinating referrals or lab requests
Experience
- Prior experience working in a medical office environment or healthcare setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology to accurately understand and communicate clinical information
- Strong background in medical administrative support or office experience that demonstrates organizational skills
- Experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare facility is a plus but not required
