- 2 year of medical office experience (required)
- Audiology experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stay calm and pleasant in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems independently

Responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide support to our Audiologist
- Assist front desk with scheduling, answering phones and technical information for patients
- Order and maintain inventory for hearing instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Perform electroacoustic analysis of hearing instruments as needed
- Perform equipment listening check and calibration for sound booth and audio equipment
- Troubleshoot hearing technology devices and recommend repairs for doctors during appointments
- Service walk-in patients with broken equipment and perform routine cleaning of hearing aids, including replacing parts, earmold tubing, and cleaning corrosion in battery compacts
- Process all patient paperwork and chart notes
- Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, colleagues, etc.
